Project Superintendents

The IRS Project Supervisor team consists of full time long-term employees
(average length of service over twelve years). We believe low employee turnover
is essential to today’s construction environment, and we provide strong in-house
training program with incentives for key employees. Our supervisors are initially
AHERA and state trained and certified and each attends a yearly refresher. IRS
supervisors are also provided lead in construction classes and refreshers, crane
safety and rigging classes, first aid certification, fall protection classes and
mold remediation classes as needed. IRS Environmental offers medical and dental
benefits to all employees, as well as a retirement plan funded with contributions
from employees and the corporation.
